Return Shipping

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

• Standard Returns: For all other returns (including "change of mind" or items erroneously reported as missing parts), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a shipping label for a flat rate of $14 for items over 2 lbs, which will be deducted from your final refund.

Restocking Fee

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns of large or oversized furniture items (including floor lamps, tables, and seating) to cover the cost of inspection and repackaging. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in "like-new" condition.

• All items in our store are eligible for return, except for items marked as "Final Sale." Please be sure to check the product description to confirm if an item is eligible for return.
