What is your return policy?

Unused items in their original packaging and in like-new condition can be returned within 30 days after delivery, except items marked “Final Sale.”

Made-to-order items: Most of our furniture is handcrafted to order. Made-to-order items can still be returned within 30 days after delivery under the terms above, and the 20% restocking fee applies. Items customized to a specific size, color, or specification at your request are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

 

Who pays for return shipping?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll send a prepaid return label at no cost to you. We will need your assist in filing for shipping claims with the carrier. For all other returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

 

Is there a restocking fee?

A 20% restocking fee applies to returns of large or oversized furniture, including floor lamps, tables, and seating, to cover inspection and repackaging.

 

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us right away with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
