Are your pieces handmade?

Yes. Every pedestal piece is handcrafted from solid wood and natural stone. Because we work with natural materials, expect subtle variations in grain, veining, and tone—no two pieces are exactly alike.

 

Can I order a custom size or finish?

Yes. Most pieces can be made in custom sizes and finishes. Send us your dimensions and ideas through our contact page, and we’ll confirm what’s possible along with a quote and timeline.

 

How long will my order take?

Non-handmade items typically ship within 2–5 days. Handmade items take 3–5 weeks to craft before they ship. We’ll keep you updated along the way.

 

Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is applied at checkout on U.S. orders over $70.

 

Do you ship internationally?

For international shipping, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll confirm availability, timing, and shipping cost for your destination.

 

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

 

Returns & exchanges

What is your return policy?

Unused items in their original packaging and in like-new condition can be returned within 30 days after delivery, except items marked “Final Sale.”

 

Who pays for return shipping?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll send a prepaid return label at no cost to you. We will need your assist in filing for shipping claims with the carrier. For all other returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We can also provide a label for a flat $14 fee for items over two pounds, deducted from your refund.

 

Is there a restocking fee?

A 20% restocking fee applies to returns of large or oversized furniture, including floor lamps, tables, and seating, to cover inspection and repackaging.

 

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us right away with photos of the damage and packaging. We’ll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.

 

Care

How do I care for my stone and wood pieces?

Each product page includes specific care instructions. As a general rule, dust with a soft, dry cloth; avoid harsh chemicals and abrasives; and use coasters or felt pads under heavy objects on stone surfaces.
