Return & Refund Policy

At AusiDecor, customer satisfaction is paramount to us. We want you to love your purchase, but if for some reason you don't, here's our return policy:

Time Frame: You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order.

Furniture Returns: For all furniture returns, there will be a return shipping fee of $60, which will be deducted from your refund. This is to cover the cost associated with returning bulky items.

Refund Policy & Discloser

Items must be returned in original condition with all parts included and incomplete returns are subject to restocking fees or partial refunds.

• Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Standard Returns: For all other returns (including "change of mind" or items erroneously reported as missing parts), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 

Restocking Fee

• A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns of large or oversized furniture items (including floor lamps, tables, and seating) to cover the cost of inspection and repackaging. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned in their original packaging and in "like-new" condition.

• All items in our store are eligible for return, except for items marked as "Final Sale." Please be sure to check the product description to confirm if an item is eligible for return.
