Return Policy

At Ausique Decor, customer satisfaction is paramount to us. We want you to love your purchase, but if for some reason you don't, here's our return policy:

• Time Frame: You can return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order.

• Furniture Returns: For all furniture returns, there will be a return shipping fee of $60, which will be deducted from your refund. This is to cover the cost associated with returning bulky items.

• Return Condition: Free return on small items, all Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. Any item that is returned damaged, worn, or missing parts may not qualify for a refund.

• Refunds: Once we receive the returned item(s) and inspect them, we will process your refund. Please allow a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
