The Role
We are looking for a visually-talented Intern to help us refresh our digital storefront and relaunch our social media presence. You will be responsible for ensuring that every touchpoint—from a customer’s inbox to their Instagram feed—feels cohesive, premium, and on-brand.
Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Design & E-Commerce (Shopify)
• Web Graphics: Design high-quality homepage banners and collection headers that align with our "chic and earthy" color palette.
• Landing Page Refreshes: Use existing brand assets to update Shopify pages, ensuring a clean, user-friendly shopping experience.
• Email Marketing: Design and layout weekly newsletters (via Klaviyo/Shopify) to announce new arrivals, seasonal sales, and style guides.
2. Social Media & Content Creation
• Grid Management: Curate and plan a cohesive Instagram grid that mixes product photography with lifestyle "mood board" content.
• Pinterest Growth: Create and post "Pins" to drive organic traffic back to our product pages.
• Engagement: Write captions that reflect our calm brand voice and interact with our community.
Qualifications
• Aesthetic Intuition: You have a portfolio that leans into minimalism. You understand the "Clean Girl" or "Quiet Luxury" aesthetic.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Eye for Detail: You can look at a product photo and immediately identify which neutral tones/hex codes will make a graphic pop.
• Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Shopify, Instagram, and TikTok trends.
• Self-Starter: You are comfortable taking an existing style guide and running with it to create fresh content.
