Frequently Asked Questions About our Products:

Shipping & Handling: 

  • How are the frames shipped and what is the estimated delivery time?
    • The frames are shipped with thick styrofoam to secure the frame during shipment. It takes 1-2 business days to process the order, and we use USPS Parcel Select to ship the frames. Normally, it takes from 4-7 days for shipping.
  • Do you offer international shipping?
    • Yes, however international shipping fees can differ per order, depending on your location. Please contact us for more details.
  • Do you offer gift wrapping and personalization options?
    • We offer personalization such as personal picture printing, press flower arrangement and feather arrangements.

    Return Policy:

    • How Can I Make a Return? 
      • Returns are accepted within 30-days after the order delivers. However, the customers are responsible for return shipping costs on furniture item. 

        Return Shipping

        Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

        Standard Returns: For all other returns (including "change of mind" or items erroneously reported as missing parts), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We can provide a shipping label for a flat rate of $14 for items over 2 lbs, which will be deducted from your final refund.

        Restocking Fee

        • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns of large or oversized furniture items (including floor lamps, tables, and seating) to cover the cost of inspection and repackaging. This fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

        Return Eligibility

        • Items must be returned in their original packaging and in "like-new" condition.

        • All items in our store are eligible for return, except for items marked as "Final Sale." Please be sure to check the product description to confirm if an item is eligible for return.

      • What materials are used to make the frames?
        • We use a variety of high-quality materials to make our frames, including wood, metal, brass, and acrylic. Wooden Frames: come in a range of finishes, including natural wood, painted wood, and distressed wood. Metal & Brass Frames: 100% Natural Metal. Acrylic Frame: 100% Clear acrylic sheets. In addition, we use real glass to protect your photos and artwork, and all of our frames come with sturdy hardware for easy wall mounting.
        • What size picture frames do you offer?
          • We offer a variety of picture frame sizes to choose from, including 4x6, 5x7, 5x7.5, 6x8, 6x8.5, 8x10, and 11x14
          • Can the frames be hung both vertically and horizontally? 
            • Yes, most frames can be placed vertically and horizontally, it will be stated in individual listing
          • Can I purchase frames in bulk for a discounted price?
            • Yes, we also bulk order prices. Please contact us for more details.
            • Do you offer custom sizes or designs?
              • Yes, we can customize the size and design, but the lead time is 6 weeks and in addition we charge $75 for size customization. You can provide the design and size for us and we will make the frame for you.
            • How can I care for and clean the frames?
              • You can use any soft fabric (like an eyeglasses cleaning cloth) to gently wipe out any dust build up.
